The screen cleaning machines from Grünig offer the customer the opportunity to do the hardest task in the shop in a first class process. All of the cleaning machines can be tailored to the customer’s needs with the specialized options that accompany each machine, while insuring that the screen cleaning environment is safe, efficient, and requires as little maintenance as possible.
Grünig G-WASH 11 - INK REMOVAL
The Grünig G-WASH 11 is an automatic ink removal washer that cleans the screens thoroughly and safely with very little operator effort. Screens are loaded into the Grünig G-WASH 11 from the front, and ink is removed from the screens using one of the three programs available for cleaning.
During the cleaning process, the solvent is applied to the screens on both sides with Grünig’s special nozzles that allow for easy cleaning and maintenance.
The Grünig G-WASH 11 has rugged construction made of welded chromium steel V2A, is explosion proof in construction and electrical components, and can be used with solvents that have a flash point above 104° F.

Grünig G-WASH 12 - RECLAIMING, DEVELOPING, DEGREASING
The Grünig G-WASH 12 is designed to accommodate three of the screen cleaning processes in one machine: reclaiming, developing and degreasing (Option C2).
Screens are front-loaded into the machine, and the operator selects one of four programs to begin the cleaning process. Chemical is applied to the screens from both sides by means of a double membrane pump and fan jet nozzles. Screens are rinsed with high pressure water which can be set up between 10 - 80 bar. A manual lance is included on the side of the machine whenever additional cleaning/developing processes are required or desired.
Grünig G-WASH 15 - DEVELOPING
The Grünig G-WASH 15 is a screen developer designed for increasing screen processing efficiency and providing consistent results. To ensure striation free results, the special Grünig nozzles oscillate during the entire work process.
Depending on the screen mesh and coating process, the customer is able to select different pressures for developing the screens (Option D), as well as the number of passes and the speed of the spraying carriage to ensure proper developing. A high pressure manual lance is provided to quickly develop difficult areas that may need additional attention after the screen is processed.

Grünig G-WASH 104 - Plug and Wash! : INK REMOVAL or DEVELOPING
The Grünig G-WASH 104 is an automatic screen cleaning machine (ink removal or developing) for small/medium format frames, and an entry-level machine for customers looking to improve screen process efficiency with a compact machine that requires very little installation (just “Plug & Wash”).
The machine runs on electricity (requires one 3 phase 208 outlet). Screens are cleaned from both sides of the screen by the special V2A steel nozzles according to the programmed cleaning time set up by the customer. The Grünig G-WASH 104 concept is also available in three different formats: washing with solvents (single tank format), washing with solvents (double tank format), or developing with water (double tank format).

Grünig G-WASH 112 - Plug and Wash! : RECLAIMING
The Grünig G-WASH 112 is an automatic screen cleaning machine for small and medium format screens that is meant for screen reclaiming processes only. Similar to the Grünig G-WASH 104, this machine has “Plug & Wash” construction, and only requires a 3 phase 208 outlet.
Once the screen is loaded into the machine, the powerful high-pressure pumps deliver the reclaiming solvent and rinse process according to one of the 50 programs created by the customer in the touch-panel interface. The Grünig G-WASH 112 integrated two-chamber closed circuit water system provides a significant reduction in water consumption and waste water.
