Uniquely engineered for the auto glass industry

Different thicknesses of paste in one print stroke
Different thicknesses of paste can be applied in one printing operation with SEFAR Vario.
Using a specialized weaving technique, different printing zones are created within the mesh-each delivering a different amount of paste. In the example below, the layer of paste in heating conductor Zone A is printing 100% of the paste, and the layer applied in Zone C could be increased by 30%, 60% or 90%.

During the weaving process, zones A, B, and C will have different weft thread diameters. As a result, different amounts of paste will be printed in each zone on the automotive glass:

Zone A: Minimum ink layer
Zone B: Transition
Zone C: Maximum ink layer

Zone A + B: Heating zone

Customer-specific production
SEFAR Vario adapts to the technical conditions set by the heating pattern design, and allows the customer to customize the zone dimensions for minimum and maximum paste coverage - making each batch of SEFAR Vario unique to the customer's automotive glass requirements.
