The synthetic meshes from the SEFAR NYTAL range are made from yarns that contain only substances recognized as safe according to the 'FDA' Code of Federal Regulations (USA), food and drugs, Title 21, Part 177.1500 for polyamide and Part 177.1500 for polyester (indirect food additives: polymers).
Our products also meet CE Commision Directive 2002, which refers to plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs.
Heavy duty screens are available as well as a speciality range of leno weave material
The basic standards widths of the rollgoods are: 115, 136 and 158cm
Metal Mesh is available ex-stock in 158cm, other widths upon demand

Connector sleeves
Connector sleeves are made with synthetic elastic band that is resistant to all known mill fumigants and heat treatments
High air permeability which reduces condensation inside the spouting
Hygienic surface on the product side as no seams are in direct contact with the product stream
A range of connector sleeves is available in most common dimensions. Other sizes are available on request.

SEFAR Pneumapp 2 is usable on all types and sizes of frames with a high productivity due to the sophisticated 3-step closing system
