Weathering tests

Outdoor-weathering, also called natural weathering, is the exposure of samples to open-air climates, i.e. unfiltered sunrays as well as natural temperature and humidity changes. The influence of secondary weather influences – e.g. pollutants and dust – can be examined by outdoor-weathering testing, which is not possible in the laboratory.
